2. Services
netRtva provides executive coaching, business advisory, leadership development programs, and related consulting services. The specific terms of any coaching or advisory engagement will be set out in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
3. Bookings and Payments
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed service agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for individual sessions, or in accordance with the terms of any program agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
4. Confidentiality
netRtva maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching and advisory sessions. We will not disclose your personal information, business details, or the content of our sessions to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the netRtva website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and course materials, is the property of netRtva and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
netRtva provides coaching and advisory services in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law
