Sanjay Koul didn't start in a coaching room. He started in corporate boardrooms, sales floors, and operations centers — at Accton Taiwan, Imation USA, and Infinite Computer Solutions — where he spent three decades building businesses, leading teams, and navigating the pressures that real leaders face every day.
In 2016, he made a decisive pivot: traveling to the USA to be inducted as a Certified International Coach, Trainer, Teacher & Speaker by the John Maxwell Team. It wasn't a career change. It was an amplification — taking everything he'd lived and learned, and channeling it into a structured, science-backed practice of developing others.
Then came the dimension most coaches never explore. Sanjay trained as a Certified Hypnotherapist and Access Consciousness Practitioner — because he understood that the most stubborn limitations in leadership aren't strategic. They're psychological. And unlocking a leader's real potential often requires going deeper than a conversation.
